We collect only the data needed to operate your account — name, contact details and payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers, and we retain it only as long as your account remains active or as required by law.

Account Security

We encrypt all account credentials and payment data in transit and at rest. Two-factor verification is available for your account login, and any suspicious access attempt triggers an automatic lock with an alert sent to your registered email or phone number.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus a legally mandated period after closure. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are held in line with Indian financial record-keeping requirements.

These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration on g2g.buzz. Continuing to use the platform after any term update also constitutes acceptance of the revised version, so we encourage you to review the page periodically.

No. We notify you of any material change via your registered email or an in-platform message before the change takes effect. Minor editorial corrections that do not alter your rights or obligations may be updated without advance notice.

You must use your account personally, keep your login credentials confidential, and ensure your use complies with local law where you access g2g. Sharing accounts or attempting to circumvent regional access restrictions are breaches of these terms.

Deposits via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are credited subject to payment-provider processing times. Withdrawals require identity verification and are released only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in line with our wallet policy.

We will send a reason to your registered contact within 48 hours of suspension. You may appeal by contacting our policy team via email. During an appeal, account balances are held securely and not forfeited until the process is concluded.

Email our designated policy contact with your account ID and the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will compile and send a copy of the data we hold within 30 days, in a structured, readable format, at no charge to you.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where access is permitted under local law.
